Vintage Unisex CHINESE Civilian Padded Worker Factory Utility Jacket Size MEDIUM

Great example of a civilian, warm cotton padded Factory Utility jacket from the end of the Chinese era factory era 1950-1980s. traceable to a specific, named factory. Named (Beijing Garment Factory Three) it has clear sizing/padding stamps adding to its social history. It is a unique wardrobe statement piece. This style of coat was ubiquitous for workers, peasants, and non-military personnel in China, particularly from the 1950s through the 1980s. It represents a piece of utilitarian Chinese socialist history. The labeling inside the jacket supports this and was purchased on a trip to China. The condition is vintage excellent and is from a smoke free home. It is unisex and measures pit to pit 19.5 inches, approx. 27 inches long, and 23 inches from top of shoulder to cuff (sleeve).
