Vintage Union Made Black Velvet Opera Coat/Halloween Witch Coat

Beautiful vintage black velvet opera coat in very good condition! This would make a very cool witch costume for Halloween, or to wear for special occasions! There are no missing components. It has three rhinestone buttons and a small plastic button with loop to secure the neckline. The coat is lined with black satin. There is some discoloration on the interior (left side if you are wearing the coat) but not sure from what. There are no odors! The coat also has two side pockets. The back has a 2 1/2” velvet band? That is attached at the waist with a center pleat. Measurements are approximate: Length of coat from armpit to floor is 48” Armpit to armpit is 20” Armpit to end of sleeve is 16” No size label but I would guess Small-Medium Smoke free home!
