Vintage Ungaro lace pencil skirt size small (?) vintage size 10

Black lace pencil skirt with side zipper and button. Skirt is lined, though one side of the lining has come unsewn. This does not affect the outside appearance. Vintage size 10; measurements seem consistent with a modern day small so I am listing as that size.
