Vintage US ROTC Cadet Gray Wool Jacket Maher New York

This is a vintage US ROTC gray wool jacket in good condition. It’s made by Maher New York and has hook closure. One sleeve has the US ROTC logo while the other sleeve has the star. See pics. There’s no size that I can see so I’m listing it a medium but please go by the measurements below.
