Vintage U.S. Navy wool uniform top circa WW2/mid 20th century

Vintage US Naval uniform shirt/top/jumper from WW2/mid 20th century. Features a U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC) Petty Officer 1st Class (PO1) uniform patch. Navy blue with white/ivory stripes (they look a bit yellow in some pics but they are not). Care tag still visible under the collar. See measurements for size. I’d estimate a men’s small or medium. This is a neat piece of history!
