Vintage UOGC Taiwan Carousel Horse Figurine w/ nonworking Musical Beautiful Base

Leave a comment below! thus is a gorgeous carousel horse but the music box portion of the figurine currently is malfunctioning and will race through the winding in a couple seconds regardless of how much winding took place. upon visual inspection of the mechanism there is nothing that would stand out as the cause. it can easily be replaced by another or just enjoyed as a figurine. Due to the malfunction I am discounting the figuring by 50% that of other posters prices.
