Vintage 1997 Ty Original Beanie Baby Puffer The Puffin Penguin Bird Toy Retired. Puffer is a black puffin with a white belly and white face. She has gold and black button eyes and a bright orange-red and yellow striped beak. Her feet are also bright orange-red. Gently owned and in very good condition.
