Twinplex began making these razor blade sharpeners in 1910 and continued to 1955. Used to sharpen razor blades for types listed. This one was
probably made around 1910 to 1940s.
There is some minor wear and the handle turns freely. Fits in original box which does have wear as pictured.
Very nice to display in a vintage bath decor theme.
