Vintage Tulle Anthropologie Short Jacket

This is a pretty short-waisted jacket by Tulle that has pleating at the bottom and a mandarin collar. The lining is satiny and beautiful. There are no fabric or care tags. It is supposed to be a wool-blend, therefore I would dryclean it. Refer to pictures for approximate measurements.
