Vintage Tropical Reggae Maxi Skirt with adjustable Ruffles

Wild vintage skirt from original owner, still in excellent condition. Purchased in Chico, CA. Probably from early 90s? Bright colorful prints, mixed together in playful way, classic to vintage Reggae culture. Ruffle runs along bottom of this maxi skirt and the sides can rusch up with ties. The wide elastic waistband makes this piece fit a wide variety of sizes. Elastic is still working.
