Vintage Trifari Brooch: Enamel Chrysanthemum Flower, Rhinestone Center

This is a lovely vintage pin made by the famous jewelry, Trifari. The makers mark includes a crown and a copyright symbol placing its production from 1955 to 1969. The design is a stunning flower that reminds me of a Japanese Chrysanthemum or a coral. The artistic shape and up-facing center rhinestone spray is the work of Lucius Passavanti who was the designer for this period. The delicate and intricate petals are enameled creamy white and the center rhinestones are set with gold tone prongs. The pin clasp is also gold tone. Aprox 2" × 2". Excellent vintage condition.
