Vintage Transogram Doctor Nurse Medical Play Set Stethoscope Medicine Chest

I am not sure of the exact age of this set. There is no date on the box. I believe it could be from the 60's Box does have signs of wear It does look like the doctor bag and stethoscope may have been played with. There is a rusty spot on the stethoscope as pictured Crack on the medical cabinet as shown and some surface scratches. I am not sure if all the original pieces are there
