Vintage Toybox Creations Boo Hoo Halloween Owl plush stuffed animal witch. So cute! 13" Halloween witch Owl. Would be a great classroom, school halloween decor for the classroom. I believe she is holding what was a broom but the broom part is missing. It looks more like a magic staff or wand, and you could easily add fringe or material to make the broom part.
