Vintage Townley custom made heels

True vintage custom made shoes. Size is marked on the shoe as 6aaa! Made for a slender/narrow foot. I am a size 6 however they are too narrow for me. I would guess a size 5 or 5.5 may fit. They are in very good vintage condition.
