This is a JC Penney Towncraft Jr Boys Vintage Striped Turtleneck Long Sleeve Shirt from the 1960s. It is a Size 5 which is a red v-neck shirt with a built-in turtleneck with two-tone blue, yellow, and red stripes. It has a 22 inches chest, 13.5 inches long, and 11 inch sleeves. It is in very good conditoin without no damage or defects.
