Vintage Tortoise Shell style women's cinch waist belt, Size 0 or XXS

This is a beige color cinch style women's waist belt with a tortoise shell type buckle and gold hardware. There are no fabric or brand tags on the item so in guessing I would say it would be size 0 or xxs, its for a small waist. Very cool and funky vintage looking piece.
