Pre-owned tie pin that has been stored in a jewelry box within its original plastic box, in a smoke-free home for over 20 years I know of, maybe longer. The tie pin is made of silver-tone metal and a topaz stone. No signature of the maker found. I take close-up pictures of the items so the details are clearly visible.
