This is a vintage unbranded 80s or 90s era green corduroy girls toddler dress. It has a scoop neck and cap sleeves, so it is perfect for layering with a shirt underneath as the weather gets colder. There is no size tag, so here are the measurements: Length 20" Chest 11" Fun retro look for the Christmas season why layered with a red or white turtleneck.
