Up for sale is a vintage toddler girls romper by Carrots. Tagged 18m, measurements below for best fit. Blue with multicolored polka dot pattern. Smocked elastic waist and adjustable shoulder ties. Play condition but wearable. Color bleeding onto white areas of romper as shown. Heavy all over wash wear and pilling. Fading to blue color from wear, more noticeable in person. Elastic is a bit stretched in legs. Straps have fraying fabric sewn in and popped stitching that’s coming undone.
