Can this dress be considered vintage yet? Purchased from Tobi in 2018, size XS. Worn once to a night out bachelorette party. No stains. Some loose threads. Snags along the bottom- tried to point it out in the picture with the tape measure. Pit to pit, waist, and length measurements in photos.
