Awesome vintage metal world coin bank or piggy bank. This was something I had as a kid to collect my spare change. Ohio Art as it was made in Bryan, Ohio. Smaller size and see photos for measurements. This is from before 1991 as Russia is listed as USSR. Not sure of the type of metal but could be tin. Free standing and could sit on a desk or tabletop.
