Vintage Tin Cart with Flowers Hand Made Metal Decor

Vintage tin cart with flowers (not a music box). Measures 9x8.5x4 inches wide It looks as though it is missing a flower bushel on the left-hand side pot, but it is in inside middle pot (it will need to be welded back into that spot if you have the skills to do it). Please view all pictures carefully as they are the best description of the item. The piece is vintage and has some signs of age.
