Heavy all metal clock with Japan movement. It is part of a series of novelty clocks produced by Timex. The clock is quartz-powered and made of metal, with a design that includes a saw and other tools on a workbench.
These collectible clocks, presented by the Waterbury Clock Co. and Timex, were manufactured in the 1990s. The Waterbury Clock Company became the U.S. Time Corporation in 1944, which was later renamed the Timex Corporation in 1969. The miniature clocks were part of a series of "Timex Collectible Mini Clocks".
Not tested. Needs a battery. Minor storage wear on box. Does not appear to have ever been used. I removed it from the box only to photograph it. A black label from the bottom of the clock is starting to peel off, due to age.
