Vintage Tiffany & Co blank heart tag 15.5 chain necklace hard to find

Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver 15.5 inch chain. The heart has fine scratches on both sides, depending on how the light hits it. This piece is over 20 years old bought for and worn twice by me. It does need to be polish. Links are in excellent condition. Limited edition. This pretty style without the “Return to Tiffany’s” on the tag is unavailable. You can have it engraved.
