100% authentic beautiful vintage Tiffany & co. 925 Sterling silver blank engravable heart tag horseshoe/screwball keychain in very good preloved condition. Includes physical certificate of authenticity for the heart pendant and comes in original jewelry pouch. In excellent preloved condition. Has been recently polished and looks shiny and tarnish free! May be some very light scratches on pendant/keyring but they have mostly been buffed out and it basically looks brand new!
