Vintage Tibi Blue Floral Silk Slip Dress

Vintage Tibi blue floral silk dress with cotton lining and open loop back, side zipper. Good pre-owned condition, but there is some typical vintage light yellowing in a couple of areas, some rippling in the bust and a couple of stitches have come out at the bust, pictured. Stitching would be an easy fix, yellowing may or may not come out in dry cleaning? There is also a stain in the lining, not seen from the outside/when wearing.
