This vintage heavy-glass ice bucket / champagne chiller features a deeply etched scallop shell motif—not a transfer print but true tactile etching you can feel with your fingertips. The walls and base are thick and weighty, with a ¾-inch solid glass bottom, giving it excellent stability for chilling champagne, wine, or cocktails. Handles are gracefully curved and ergonomic, making the piece easy to lift even when filled. The base form and etched design closely resemble work by Susquehanna Glass Company, known for sand-etched coastal motifs and high-quality unmarked barware from the 1970s–1990s. Because Susquehanna often purchased blank glass forms and etched them in-house, some variations do appear, and attribution is made on stylistic and quality-based similarities.
