Vintage “The Scotch House” plaid wrap around buckle knee length kilt. Fringe hem. Silver toned buckle. A little wear on the leather strap. There are two holes at the bottom of the skirt. And one at the top on the side. None of which are noticeable while wearing. Priced accordingly. Other than those the skirt is well taken care of for a vintage piece. The big safety pin is included to keep the skirt/kilt from flying. The other side is pleated. Deep colors. Maroon, navy, forest green. size 12 (vintage sizing is smaller than current sizing.)
