Vintage The Quacker Factory Christmas Cardigan Sweater 1990s. The tag is a small but I think it is a little big , maybe a medium - see measurements in pics. There is a discoloration at the bottom and on the back at the shoulder and half way down the back on the side - see pics. I have not tried to wash and remove it.
