Vintage The Limited Off Shoulder Floral Ruffle Maxi Dress Peasant Style

Great floral maxi dress. Cold shoulder style with two adjustable straps. There is a bit of elastic at the waist to cinch this in to give it a more silhouette look. Three-quarter sheer sleeves. This has been worn only one or two times. I just thought I would wear it more but its not going to happen. Size small With measurements as follows. Across the waist when laying flat and not stretched out this measures about 14.75 inches. Can be stretched up to about 19 inches. Dresses in excellent shape perfect for a wedding or formal event.
