Vintage Tess Blouse

Eye-catching turtleneck style vintage blouse has a vibrant pattern that shimmers in the light! The pattern reminds me of stained glass with its black outlines defining the gorgeous floral design in purples, greens, and red. Light shows off the underlying pattern I find to be reminiscent of hydrangea petals. The button-up back and sleeve cuffs feature fabric covered buttons, the front a unique pleated design.
