Vintage Teal Sleeveless Mini Dress-Slightly Damaged

This vintage 1960s teal mini dress features a stylish design with floral accents. There is a tiny hole on the lower right side of the front, and the belt has several stains (see pics). However, the A-line cut of the dress looks great without a belt, or white patent leather belt would look great with it. I couldn’t find a size so I had to guess. The maximum size of the waist is 34”.
