Vintage Tanner High Waist Neon Midi Pencil Skirt

100% polyester Approximate measurements: (laid flat) Length- 25” Zipper- 6.5” The lining must have been significantly longer than the skirt. previous owner used fabric glue to fold and shorten under lining. Looks like glue seeped through to the shell of garment in one spot. Minor discolorations; a couple pin size holes in waistband maybe from original price tags? (See last four photos.)
