Vintage Tan Jay Long Maxi Skirt

Velveteen Faux Velvet Boho Art Nouveau Made in Canada 1970's Has slit on each side from the bottom. I put size 10 on this post but I can not be positive. I am not able to see a size on the tag maybe you can tell what if it has a size from the tag in the pic. Please see measurments below before purchasing. the measurments are: 15 1/2" across the top of the waist (laying flat) hips or widest part of the skirt is 22" laying flat laying flat it is 43" long. The slits are 13 1/4" from the bottom. It is in perfect vintage condtion! No damages to mention!
