Vintage Tally Ho Creation Scotty Dog Gold Button Cardigan Sweater Sz L GUC

There is some loose loops on the scotty dogs (shown in video). I just brush it into the other loops and it stays but it would be easy to cut off or stitch down. I thought I'd leave that up to the new owner. Base color could be Navy blue or black. I think it's black. Cute red and green knit patterns. Model pic for reference style only!
