Vintage Talbots Paper Straw Sun Hat with Blue Floral Ribbon Accents Excellent condition 100% paper straw Made in China Hat is made of straw paper which is a light cream / tan color. Blue floral ribbon is woven through the edge of the turned up brim and solid blue ribbon is woven through the bottom of the hat where the head part turns into the brim. The blue floral ribbon has white, pink, and red flowers. Both ribbons end in a bow tie detail.
