Vintage Talbots Black Long Pleated Skirt Rayon Silk Blend Traditional Size 14. This is the traditional black skirt worn by everyone's mom in my generation. Fully lined because we used to get in trouble hiding under it in church. Size 14 on the tag but it's vintage so use the measurements to guide your sizing. This skirt is in excellent condition and is a wonderful blend of rayon and silk. It's heavier fabric but light enough to wear nearly any time of year. The side zipper and clasp work great and there's a pocket on the opposite side. Waist 15.5" Top to bottom 34"
