Vintage Taiwan ROC Porcelain Snow Seal Hand Painted Sculpture Figurine - FLAW It looks like there may have originally been a baby seal sitting in front of the larger one, but it has broken off and now simply looks like snow (see photos). True vintage with a felted bottom. Hand-airbrushed details. Very cute! Measures just under 7 inches long and 6 inches tall.
