Vintage Tadashi party dress

Vintage Tadashi black and ivory V-neck dress with peplum waist, shoulder pads, puffy short sleeves and back zipper closure. Please see photos for more details and measurements. This is a vintage dress so please check your measurements with the ones given to ensure proper fit. Mondaldo's was a high end fashion store in Denver. There is a slight stain perhaps on the fold of one of the puffy sleeves. It is hard to see, but the last photo shows the sleeve.
