Vintage TWCC Evan Picone ILGWU Plaid 100% Wool A-Line High Waist Pleated Midi Skirt 10 This is an absolutely lovely vintage gem from TWCC. Made with a sturdy blue, red, purple and charcoal plaid pattern. Made from 100% wool and fully lined with a smooth satin. Pleating all the way down from the waist. This is from TWCC which is an Evan-Picone company. Includes the original ILGWU union label. This would look adorable in the fall paired with some brown heeled boots or dressed down with some chunky white sneakers. Button closure with a hidden zipper. A line style for that perfect hourglass silhouette. The best part? POCKETS. One has been converted for the waist alteration but the other is fully functional. This is a vintage size 6 but it has been skillfully altered to increase the waist. Based on the measurements, I would estimate that it is closest to a modern size 8/10.
