Vintage Swoboda Clown Brooch Pin

Fun and colorful vintage brooch pin. I believe it's made by Swoboda, however, I cannot find any maker's marks. It's decorated with lots of bright bits of vibrant glass. At first glance it look's like 2 very small dings on one leg. However, when you look close or feel with your nail, you can tell it's in the enamel from when it was made.
