It has some loose strings, wear and tear at the bottom, the inside tag is cut off and it has fuzz spots on it. Measurements: Shoulders - 23 1/2" Arms - 22 1/4" Chest - 21 1/2" Length - 25" Opening - 17" These measurements may not be exact but it's what I got.
