Vintage Suzette's Exclusive Designs polka dot dres

One of kind Vintage 1980's "Suzette's Exclusive Designs" black/white polka dot dress. The necklace crosses into a V shape in front and back. It is gathered at the waist and shoulders. There is a long peplum from waist down. The dress is 100% Cotton. Machine wash cold; tumble dry low; No size tag; guessing it about size 8. The measurements are: Chest: 34/35"; Waist: 28"; Hips: 38"; Length: 48". I found one place on seam where it has pulled apart (last photo). could be easily repaired.
