Vintage Sunset Crewel Stitchery Christmas Stocking Kit -“Santa's Here" 1978

In excellent condition! The finished stocking features Santa Claus sitting on a hearth with a large sack of toys, and the word "NOEL" stitched at the top. The stocking is a finished product from a vintage kit. The original kit was manufactured by Sunset Stitchery in 1978. The design is by artist Charlene Gerrish. It is a crewel embroidery kit, which uses wool yarn to create the design. The finished stocking measures approximately 19 inches long - measured diagonally.
