Vintage Substudio Silk 80s Party Shirt XL | abstract short sleeve button up

Vintage Substudio abstract multicolor short sleeve button up silk shirt. Substudio was a fantastic 80s clothing company that specialized in fun and unique button shirts such as the one listed here. This raucous all over print base is a mix of thick brushstrokes in blues, purples, and teals that let you know exactly what decade it is. It is covered in black doodles and multicolored buttons to make an 80s party shirt for the RDJs of the world that don’t respect authority. Shirt is labeled as L, but Substudio took oversize to a new level, so I have it listed as XL. Oversizing was typical of shirts of this time when a little extra hanging fabric was sexy. But this shirt fits like a large US XL shirt in the chest, shoulders and the length. I would recommend it if you are a XL to a smaller XXL. Or possibly if you are a L that wants to bring back 80s fashion! Made in China of a 100% silk. It is thin and very slick and soft so you will be ready to last all night long at the big bash. Item listed is in very good condition with no defects. Does not show any signs of wear.
