Vintage Style Retro Dressmaker Forms Print Skirt

Vintage style pleated skirt with a motif of multicolored dressmaker's forms on an ivory colored background. This may be homemade, and if it is, they did an amazing job! Slightly dipped at the top of the waistband. Back zip embellished with trim. Also has elastic inside the waist at the back for some stretch. Fabric feels like a medium-weight cotton. Measures 16" flat across waist. Skirt is about 23" flat across when pleats are spread out a bit. 27" from top of skirt to hem, measured at the back. No size marking, so please go by measurements. In good used condition.
