Vintage Style Navy Blue Lace Women Maxi Dress Formal

This is an absolute gorgeous dress. I bout it I two sizes and this one is just a tad too small in the upper part. I would say it fits like a 2 or a smaller 4. the details are delicate a feminine and when I wore my other one I was given so many compliments. it was my mother of the Bride dress. I am 5'4 and it barely skims the floor. With a small heel it's perfect but does drag enough you can not wear flats. I love the sleeves bc I have those older arms that need a little covering up and the bell derail make it so different and pretty. For reference I am about 125 and 34C so it fit but was a little tight on arms and across chest. it say small but I would say size 2. I typically wear 4 in dresses.
