Women's Vintage 1990s Handmade Pinafore Dress Handmade Brown Painted Floral Zip Pleated L This adorable pinafore dress appears handmade and embellished - or maybe stamped - with baskets of tulips around the hem. It zips in the back, has a high square neckline, and is made of what feels like a cotton or cotton-blend fabric. The fabric has a natural feel to it, which you can see in the photos. We don't know for sure that it's vintage, but the style and colors are very late 1980s to early 1990s. Would be cute styled with a navy turtleneck or a white wide collared blouse.
