Vintage Studio C Blouse Ruffles Dressy Women’s Size 22/24

This list is for a gorgeous cream and rust colored ruffled vintage blouse. This blouse is by Studio C and has small shoulder pad and hook and eye closures on the front-no buttons to prevent those riffles from being ruffly! This is a really nice, old school blouse that is dying to join your wardrobe. Some of the hooks have threads that are a little loose, but all are intact.
