Vintage Studio 36 Black and Floral Dress

Dress does not have a size or material tag. Please see measurements below. Dress has a black top with cuffed capped sleeves, elastic waistline and a beautiful floral print bottom. There are belt loops but no belt attached. It would look great with an added patent leather belt. The dress is not lined and has some wear on the top but overall in good condition.
